Yes. We deliver in Nairobi and to major towns nationwide through trusted couriers.

How long does delivery take?

Nairobi: typically 1–2 business days. Other towns: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.

What payment methods do you accept?

M-Pesa and the secure options shown at checkout. Pay only through official Raha Toys channels.

Are your products body-safe?

We focus on body-safe materials such as silicone, ABS, and quality TPE where listed on each product page. Always follow the care instructions included with your item.

Are toys waterproof?

It depends on the model. Check each product description for water-resistant or waterproof details before use in the shower or bath.

Can I return a product?

Opened or used intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sealed unused items and cases of damage, defects, or wrong items are covered — see Returns & Refunds.

Is my information private?

Yes. Orders and customer details are handled confidentially. We never print explicit product names on outer packaging.

Do I need an account to order?
