Raha Toys delivers intimate wellness products discreetly across Kenya — packed securely and shipped in plain packaging.

1. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery timelines

Nairobi & environs: 1–2 business days
Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, etc.): 2–4 business days
Other locations: 3–5 business days depending on courier routes

Timelines start after your order is confirmed and paid.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location. Launch promotions may include free or discounted delivery on qualifying orders.

4. Discreet packaging

Plain outer packaging
No adult product names on the box
Neutral courier labels where possible

5. Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive SMS, WhatsApp, or email updates with tracking or rider details where available.

6. Failed delivery / address issues

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct. If a courier cannot reach you, we will attempt contact. Extra delivery attempts may incur a fee.
